We work in squads, which are small teams, each led by a Design Lead. These squads have a mix of talent with diverse skill sets who handle a group of accounts together. Typically one person is responsible for one to two accounts at a given time, with the opportunity to collaborate closely with the larger team ensuring a healthy exposure to diverse opportunities.

At HumanX, every senior designer is offered our bespoke Strategic Design training. Expect a mandatory training during onboarding on behaviour design and fundamentals of craft. Monthly rituals include product teardowns, concept decodes and showcases that allow us to learn from each other. Wherever possible we take the opportunity to attend design conferences. Plus, you'll receive valuable individual mentorship to fuel your personal and professional growth.
