About the role:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling digital assets that effectively communicate the brand’s message across various digital channels. This role requires a creative and technically skilled designer who is adept at translating marketing strategies into engaging visual content. Working closely with marketing, content, and product teams, the Graphic Visualizer ensures all digital graphics are on-brand, innovative, and tailored to drive audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and create high quality graphics across different digital formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and transform ideas into effective visual designs.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, digital marketing strategies, and technological advances to continually refine and enhance visual content.
What you’ll create:
Graphics for Digital Interfaces:
- Graphics and illustrations for digital interfaces such as apps, websites.
Communication Design:Â
- Concepts, graphics, and layouts for advertising campaigns, email campaigns, posters and other digital formats.
Social Media:
- Designing creatives that amplify the brand’s presence across social platforms.
Data Visualisation:Â
- Transforming complex data into clear and visually appealing graphics.
Branding:
- Identity Creation, Brand Collateral Development, Brand Storytelling.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital design or a related role.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Sketch or equivalent).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects and creative solutions.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and how design influences user engagement.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creative innovation and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
