Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of web and app projects — keeping teams aligned, clients in sync, and deliveries on point.
We are a strategic design consultancy based in Mumbai working with global CXOs who recognise that good design is good for business. Our design decisions are data-led, shaped by principles of behavioural psychology and are handcrafted by a passionate team of Experience Design specialists. We are known for our deep work and would like to think of ourselves as designers focused on business outcomes. Our team is a mix of Interaction Designers, Business Strategists, Graphic Artists, Illustrators and Developers who shape products with client teams.

About the role:
We're seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of app and website development and relevant projects. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the client’s key point of contact for all deliverables and holding together the account.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA specialists.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with the agency’s creative and technical benchmarks.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Track and report on project performance, including time, cost, and resource utilization.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Drive new opportunities for growing the account.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency or tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing app and website development projects from concept to launch.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com).
- Understanding of web and app development processes (e.g., UX/UI design, front-end/back-end development).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
