The Opportunity:

This isn’t your average engineering role. As our AI/ML Engineer, you’ll work closely with our Cofounder/CTO to shape the next generation of AI-powered tools. You’ll have a front-row seat to strategic decision-making and the chance to turn bold ideas into reality. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Leadership: Partner directly with the Cofounder/CTO to define the technical roadmap for AI tools that supercharge our Insights and Creative teams, translating high-level vision into actionable systems.
• Build Cutting-Edge AI Solutions: Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models—including large language models (LLMs)—to power intelligent, intuitive tools that solve real user needs.
• Engineer Robust Systems: Write clean, scalable, and production-ready code, from AI evaluations and LLM response generation to backend architectures that stand the test of time.
• Innovate with Purpose: Leverage your experience in prompt engineering to craft AI interactions that are precise, reliable, and delightful for end users.
• Own End-to-End Projects: Take full accountability for your work, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration, ensuring our tools perform at their peak in production environments.
• Push the Envelope: Experiment with personal AI projects and bring fresh ideas to the table, helping us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving field.

Who You Are:

You’re a self-starter with a passion for AI and a track record of turning complex concepts into tangible results. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats—part coder, part innovator, part communicator—and you thrive in environments where you can take initiative and drive impact. Specifically, you bring:

• Technical Mastery:
  - Fluency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face for building and fine-tuning ML models.
  - Proven ability to write robust AI code, including evaluation frameworks, grounded in best practices.
  - Expertise in designing production-grade backend architectures that scale seamlessly.
  - Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and Azure to deploy and manage AI solutions.
• Real-World AI Experience:
  - A portfolio of personal AI projects that showcase your creativity and technical depth.
  - Professional experience applying AI at work, including prompt engineering to optimize model outputs.
