Specifically, your role entails:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records related to employment, such as personnel files, time-off requests, and attendance.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set performance goals and address performance issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • HR certification (e. g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
