Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will bridge client needs and business solutions, manage stakeholders, and coordinate processes across teams for smooth project execution.

Our design decisions are data-led, shaped by principles of behavioural psychology and are handcrafted by a passionate team of Experience Design specialists. About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between customer needs and business solutions. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between client needs and internal teams in alignment with the business goals.The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate processes across multiple teams to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
What You’ll Own:
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work with key stakeholders to gather and document clear and actionable requirements for design, tech teams, and client solutions.
- Business Proposal Development: Work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their briefs, ensuring a clear alignment between business goals and proposed solutions. Develop detailed business proposals with defined scope of work & precise deliverables, craft user stories, and cost plans that align with the solution offered.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Regularly analyse ongoing business projections, resource allocation, and margins to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall project outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, development, and project management teams to ensure the business objectives are met through effective project implementation.
- Sales & Project Management CRM Maintenance: Maintain and manage hygiene of the Sales CRM and Project Management tools to ensure up-to-date and accurate project tracking.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles, with a focus on understanding client briefs and aligning cost plans with proposed solutions.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving expertise, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with diverse teams, including design, development, and project management, to drive successful project execution.
- Technical Understanding: A strong grasp of systems design, user experience principles, and technical aspects related to web and mobile app development, UI/UX design.
